Dalton is a Registered Sports Nutritionist who coaches his clients in Exercise, Nutrition & Motivation. His aim is to see his clients live an unrestricted life that they enjoy, while improving their health and feeling confident in their bodies.
With over 8 years industry experience, Dalton continually raises the bar by mixing psychology with his coaching because he understands his clients and the emotional struggles that stand between them and their goals.
Dalton has a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science (UQ) and a Cert IV in Personal Training. He has further completed Acceptance & Commitment Therapy Training and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Training with a large focus on Motivational Interviewing & Behaviour Change.
No prior knowledge is required. This course is designed to help women who don't know what macros are, as well as those who are already tracking but not seeing the results they want. It covers the basics of macronutrients as well as teaching you The Gold Standard of tracking. This means you will understand how to tweak your targets when your results slow down as well as how to adapt your Macro Targets to your new goals.
